Attorney Howard Miller of Hackensack, NJ; check bouncing loser

The state of New Jersey presented Howard A. Miller (HAM) with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Howie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Howie!)
  • Wrote check on insufficient funds account (rubber)
  • Failed to maintain required 3-month reconciliations of trust account

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Howie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Because Attorney Misfits in New Jersey are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, he was never criminally charged with writing bad checks.

As one would suspect, Howie fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.hamesq.net.

Apparently, Howie decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that he would not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. October 2020) Howie practices at 17 Mercer Street in Hackensack, New Jersey.
