Attorney Ravinder Bhalla of Jersey City, NJ; repeat offender

The state of New Jersey presented Ravinder Singh Bhalla with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Tulane University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Ravinder guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to safeguard client funds
  • Failed to promptly deliver to a third person funds that the person is entitled to receive
  • Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation

As one would suspect, this was not Ravinder’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonishment for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Ravinder by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. May 2020) Ravinder practices at 333 Washington Street in Jersey City, New Jersey.
