Attorney Jerome Doute of Lima, OH; ethical gremlin

The state of Ohio presented Jerome Rile Doute with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Ohio Northern University School of Law.

FYI: Ohio Northern University School of Law is ranked as the 161^st best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

The Local Bar Association found Jerry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly made a false statement of material fact to a tribunal
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Presented a fabricated letter to the trial court judge

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Jerry by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2020), Jerry practices at 121 West High Street in Lima, Ohio.
