Attorney Christina Vagotis of Elyria, OH; moronic cheater

The state of Ohio presented Christina Nicole Vagotis with a law license in 2017 after she graduated from Akron University School of Law.

FYI: The University of Akron is ranked as the 147th best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

The Elyria County Bar Association found Christy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Charged a fee that was illegal (cheater)
• Failed to advise her client she did not carry legal malpractice insurance
• Failed to advise client in writing that if Christy did not complete the representation for any reason, the client may be entitled to a refund of all or part of the fee based upon the value of the representation
• Flat fee was not earned upon receipt as Christy claimed
• Improperly charged a fee in connection with a probate matter without prior approval by the probate court
• Failed to fully inform client of the probate process
• Failed to maintain professional malpractice insurance

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Christy by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.
