Attorney David Schlendorf of Toms River, NJ; ethical dwarf

The state of New Jersey presented David Thomas Schlendorf with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Rutgers University School of Law.  

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide client with written basis for or rate of his fee

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. September 2020) Davey practices with The Law Office of David T. Schlendorf at 9 Grand Avenue in Toms River, New Jersey.
