Attorney Logan Terry of Cinnaminson, NJ; ethical elf

The state of New Jersey presented Logan M. Terry with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Rutgers University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Logan guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice during his representation of a client in a criminal matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Logan by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. October 2020) Logan practices at 158 Harbour Blvd in Cinnaminson, New Jersey.
