Attorney Patrick Solomonian of Studio City, CA; thief, repeater

The state of California presented Patrick Solomonian with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Western State University School of Law.

FYI: Western State is ranked as the 168th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

The State Bar Court found Patty guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Patty’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to comply with Mandatory Continuing Legal Education requirements

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Patty by gifting him with a complimentary 45-day suspension of his law license.

Patty’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Misappropriated (stole) client funds
• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Engaged in act involving moral turpitude
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Patty by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license effective April 19, 2020.  

And lastly, because Attorney Misfits in California are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Patty was never criminally prosecuted for grand theft and/or larceny.  

As we speak (ca. April 2020), Patty will resume his so-called law practice in April 2021 with the Law Offices of Patrick Solomonian at 11271 Ventura Blvd in Studio City, California.
