Attorney Baird Brown of Los Angeles, CA; ethical dwarf

The state of California presented Baird Allan Brown with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Stanford University School of Law.

The State Bar Court found Baird guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to promptly pay client funds owing to client
• Failed to prepare and maintain written CTA journal

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Baird by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.
