Solicitor Andris Bilkens of South Australia; scofflaw

The Law Society presented Andris Sigismunds Bilkens a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Dalhousie University School of Law.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative found Andris guilty of the following misconduct.

• Unsatisfactory Professional Conduct
• Held himself out as being to practice law when in fact he did possess a current Practicing Certificate

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Andris by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and imposed a fine of $5,000.00.
