Attorney K. Fraser McConnell of Alberta, CAN; unethical advocate

The Law Society of Alberta presented K. Fraser McConnell with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from the University of Calgary School of Law.

The Alberta Law Society Disciplinary Counsel found Fraser guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Enabled others to achieve an improper purpose

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Counsel punished Fraser by gifting him with a complimentary $5,000 fine and assessed costs of $13,000.00.

As one would suspect, Mikey and his firm fail to mention the misconduct set forth above on his/their self-serving website at www.mcmaclaw.com. Apparently, Fraser and his firm decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that it would not limit their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. September 2020) Fraser practices with McConnell MacInnes at 12110 40th Street SE in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
