Attorney Robert Homersham of Alberta, CAN; ethical leprechaun

The Law Society of Alberta presented Robert A. Homersham with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the University of Alberta School of Law.

The Alberta Law Society Disciplinary Counsel found Bobby guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in business transactions with client who did not have independent legal representation
• Failed to obtain client consent to engage in one or more business transactions without independent legal representation
• Failed to document the business transactions with client which were unfair or unreasonable in all respects to the client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Counsel punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2020) Bobby practices with the Robert A. Homersham PC at 803 24th Avenue SE in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
