Attorney Janice Redinger of Charlottesville, VA; ethical dwarf

The State of Virginia provided Janice Lynn Redinger with a law license in 1982 after she graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Janice guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act fairly towards opposing party and counsel
• Improperly reviewed confidential material submitted to court for an in-camera review
• Confidential material contained in envelope stating “Sealed Material For Court’s In Camera Review”

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Janice by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak, (ca. April 2020), Janice is employed as an Adjunct Professor at University of Virginia School of Law in Charlottesville, Virginia.
