The state of Georgia presented Oliver Harris Doss, Jr. with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from George Washington University Law School.
For several years, Oliver Doss, Jr. sat as a Superior Court Judge for the Appalachian Judicial Circuit. During his tenure on the bench, the Georgia Judicial Commission found Oliver guilty of the following misconduct.

Ollie the Misogynist
Ollie old the Sheriff of Pickens County he didn’t want any female baliffs or deputy sheriffs assigned to court while he was the presiding judge.
Rather than face certain removal from the bench, Ollie eventually took the cowards way out and resigned.
Because Judicial Misfits in Georgia are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Ollie was never criminally charged for sexual assault or even simple assault. Moreover, the Georgia Surpeme Court never took any actions against Ollie’s law license.
As we speak (ca. April 2012) Oliver is practicing law with the firm of Doss & Doss at 710 West First Street in Blue Ridge, Georgia, which is about 100 miles north of Atlanta.
