Attorney Matthew Sgambettera of Saratoga Springs, NY; imbecilic slacker

The State of New York provided Matthew James Sgambettera with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from Boston University School of Law.

The Department Disciplinary Board found Matty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (imbecile)
• Failed to act with due diligence
• Neglected a client legal matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits punished Matty by gifting him with a complimentary 4-month suspension of his law license.

As one would suspect, Matty fails to mention the above misconduct on his self-serving website atwww.sgambetteralaw.com.   Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Stevie practices with the Law Office of Louis Rockmacher at 1707 Central Avenue in Albany, New York.
