Attorney Ken Yalkut of Las Cruces, NM; imbecilic loser  

The state of New Mexico presented Kent E. Yalkut with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Ohio Northern University School of Law.

The New Mexico Disciplinary Board found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to deposit flat fee as required into client trust account
• Commingled client funds with personal funs
• Misused his client’s funds
• Misconduct involved selfish or dishonest motive
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Exhibited indifference to making restitution to client
• Failed to acknowledge wrongful nature of his conduct
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
• Failed to competently represent a client by abandoning the client and her case (imbecile)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Mexico Supreme Court punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As one would suspect, Kenny fails to mention the above misconduct on his self-serving website www.reynoldslawoffice.org. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. October 2020), Kenny practices with Samuel I. Kane PA at 1018 East Amador Avenue in Las Cruces, New Mexico.
