Attorney J. Kenneth Neundorf of Albuquerque, NM; lying deceiver

The state of New Mexico presented J. Kenneth Neundorf with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law.

The New Mexico Disciplinary Board found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Allowed statute of limitations to expire on client’s claims
  • In attempt to conceal his negligence re: statute expiring, Kenny prepared a lawsuit falsely stating client’s injury took place on December 21 when in fact it occurred on December 23
  • Fabricated a court timing stamp on his never filed lawsuit and submitted to insurance adjuster
  • Also provided client with fabricated time-stamped lawsuit

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Mexico Supreme Court punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. May 2021), Glen practices with J Kenneth Neundorf Attorney at Law at 506 Slate Avenue NW in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
