Attorney Scott Richardson of Orlando, FL; criminal

The state of Florida presented Scott Lee Richardson with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Florida School of Law.

The State Bar of Florida found Scotty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Committed a criminal act that reflects adversely on Scotty’s honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Scotty by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As one would suspect, Scotty fails to mention the above misconduct on his self-serving website at www.scottrichardsonlaw.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal said information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. January 2021) Scotty practices with the Law Office of Scott L. Richardson PA at 200 East Robinson Street in Orlando, Florida.
