Attorney R. Scott Taylor of Eugene, OR; cheating loser

The State of Oregon presented R. Scott Taylor with a law license in 1987 after she graduated from Lewis & Clark College School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Scottie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Charged an excessive fee (cheater) for collecting PIP (Personal Injury Protection) medical insurance benefits
  • Knowingly took excess fee in medical insurance matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Scottie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Scottie and his firm fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.taylortapper.com. Apparently, they decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that he would not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. April 2020), Scottie practices with Taylor & Tapper Attorneys at 542 Lawrence Street in Eugene, Oregon.
