Attorney James Eason of Saint Louis, MO; convicted of assault

The state of Missouri presented James Windsor Eason with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Northern Illinois School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Jimmy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Convicted of third-degree assault for pushing opposing counsel into a glass table during the taking of a deposition

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Counsel punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary 1-month suspension of his law license.

As one would suspect, Jimmy does not mention the aforementioned misconduct on his website at www.easonlawstl.com. Apparently, Jimmy and his firm chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting their future victim pool.
