Barrister Forz Khan of London, UK; ethical troll

The Bar of England and Wales by Middle Temple provided Martha Knowlden with a law license in 1988 after she graduated from the University of Bristol School of Law.

The Bar Standards Board found Forz guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Broadcast in robing rooms serious, but erroneous allegations made by a third party against another barrister including allegations of rape, assault and conspiracy to murder
  • Contacted barrister’s wife about the sham criminal allegations via a professional networking site when neither the barrister nor the barrister’s spouse were known to him
  • Failed to act with dignity
  • Behaved in a way which is likely to diminish the trust and confidence which the public places in Forz or in the profession (You’re kidding right?)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Barrister Misfits sitting on the Bar Standards Board punished Forz by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2020), Forz practices with The Chambers of F. Khan at 19 Glenwood Road, Hounslow, London, United Kingdom.
