Judge Marc Seedorf of Bronx, NY; convicted tax cheat

The State of New York presented Marc A. Seedorf with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the Brooklyn School of Law

The New York Commission on Judicial Conduct found Marc guilty of the following misconduct.

  • In Dec 2019, pled guilty to one count of tax evasion
  • Evaded paying $207,219 in income taxes owed to federal government

Knowing that he would be tossed off the bench, Marc did what most cowardly judges do, he resigned and agreed to never seek another judicial office in New York for the balance of his loser life.

As we speak (ca. April 2020), Marc the Tax Cheat practices his brand of law with the Law Offices of Marc A. Seedorf at 3453 East Tremont Avenue in Bronx, New York.
