Attorney Herman Quiroga of Phoenix, AZ; slacker, loser

The state of Arizona presented Herman R. Quiroga with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Law.

The Arizona State Bar found Herman guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  • Failed to maintain his client trust account in accordance with the rules and guidelines
  • Failed to maintain client ledgers in compliance with minimum standards
  • Failed to reconcile his client ledgers, and held stale-dated client funds in his trust account
  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses
  • Failed to disburse $52,000 from the sale of his mother’s home for over thirteen years
  • Ledger reflected he held an unexpended balance of $2,136.82 for over ten years
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Nate by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Herman practices at 650 North 1st Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona.

CAUTION: Herman does not carry legal malpractice insurance
