Attorney James Mack of Phoenix; ethical troll

The state of Arizona presented James M. Mack with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Arizona State University School of Law.

The Arizona State Bar found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Engaged in business transaction with client whereby he agreed to advance the client $40,000 in exchange for an assignment of a settlement installment payment to an entity Mack owned in the amount of $100,000

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2020), Jimmy practices with Jams M. Mack PLC at 2 North Central Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona.
