Attorney Kevin Taylor of Auburn, NY; cheating loser

The State of New York provided Kevin R. Taylor with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from Regent University School of Law.

FYI: Regent University School of Law is ranked as the 188th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

A Disciplinary Department Board Panel found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Submitted attorney billings resulting in his receipt of overpayments totaling $16,055 due to his inappropriate billing practices in relation to 38 client matters (cheater)
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Kevin!)
  • Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
  • Found in criminal contempt of court for willfully disobeying order suspending his law license (Up yours, said Kevin!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Panel punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak, (ca. April 2020), Kevin practices at 2712 Forest Hill Drive in Auburn, New York.
