Attorney Edward Johnson of Peoria, AZ; ethical gnome

The state of Arizona presented Edward D. Johnson with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from the Phoenix School of Law.

The Arizona State Bar found Eddie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to obtain client consent to allow the adoption petition to be dismissed
• Failed to advise client of her rights or options in consideration of DCS’s withdrawal of consent to the adoption

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Eddie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2020), Eddie practices with the Law Office of Ed Johnson PLLC at 7558 West Thunderbird Road in Peoria, Arizona.
