Attorney Jeffrey Howe of Salt Lake City; moronic loser

The State of Utah provided Jeffrey C. Howe with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the University of Utah School of Law.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme Court found Jeff guilty of the following misconduc

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Prior to creditor meeting in initial bankruptcy filing, Jeff provided documents for client to bring to meeting; however, she advised Jeff that they were not her documents, so she refused to attend the meeting
• Jeff then filed a second petition for bankruptcy on behalf of a client without the client’s authorization
• The client did not attend creditor meeting due to her attendance at a memorial service
• Jeff then filed a third petition for bankruptcy that the client was unaware of and did not authorize
• Client’s petition and he did not have her authorization to file it.
• The client’s credit was detrimentally impacted as a result of the multiple unauthorized filings

As one would suspect, this isn’t Jeff’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Brent by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
