Attorney Herbert Marcus of Denver, CO; disgusting bully

The State of Colorado provided Herbert Jeffrey Marcus with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the University of Miami School of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel found Herbie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Committed a crime adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• While waiting for client on bench near courthouse, an autistic 5-year-old girl wandered over to where Herbie was seated and tried to jump on his lap
• Herbie immediately shoved the little girl with such force that she flew off her fee and landed on her bottom with her hands sprawled out
• After the little girl landed on her bottom, Herbie yelled at her, calling her a “little bitch”
• Herbie pled guilty to misdemeanor harassment

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Herbie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Joey.
