Attorney George Vahsholtz of Colorado Springs; drunken felon

The State of Colorado provided George Robert Vahsholtz with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the University of Denver School of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel found Georgie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Committed criminal act adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
  • Arrested following an automobile accident
  • Pled guilty to driving under the influence with three priors, a class 4 felony

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Georgie by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license effective July 29, 2019.

As we speak, (ca. April 2020), George will resume his practice at 301 South Weber Street in Colorado Springs, Colorado in July 2020.
