Micheline Parizeau was previously disbarred for several years by the Barreau du Quebec which is responsible for disciplining attorney misfits in Quebec.
Micheline was found guilty of the following misconduct:
Under Quebec’s asinine rules, Micheline is free to practice law without having to advise her clients of the legal proceedings against her.
Seems fair to me! How would anyone expect Micheline to make a living as a dishonest attorney if she were forced to limit her future victim pool by telling them she’s an ethical elf?
I suppose the good folks in Quebec can take comfort in knowing that in the other provinces there are many, many Parizeau clones running amuck.
Of course it goes without saying that if you’re looking for an attorney in Montreal that is willing to destroy or fabricate evidence in support of your claims, then Micheline Parizeau is your gal.
