Solicitor David A. Bourdon of Alberta, CAN; ethical gnome 

The Law Society of Alberta presented David A. Bourdon with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the University of Alberta School of Law.

The Alberta Law Society Disciplinary Counsel found Davey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with trust conditions
• Failed to report the matter to the Alberta Lawyers Insurance Association (ALIA) in a timely manner
• failed to respond promptly and completely to communications from another lawyer

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Counsel punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed costs at $2,000.00.

As one would suspect, Davey fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.dabourdonprofcorp.com. Apparently, Davey decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that he would not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. March 2020) Davey practices with D.A. Bourdon PC at 6740 Johnstone Drive in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada.
