The state of Tennessee provided James Douglas Mory with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from the University of Kentucky School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
