The state of Illinois presented William Layne Roberts with a law license in 2015 after he graduated from the University of Illinois School of Law.

The Disciplinary Commission found Billy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As one would suspect, Kevin does not mention the misconduct alluded to above on his website at www.linderlegal.com.  Apparently, Kevin chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting her future victim pool.
