Judge Robert Scandurra of Barnstable, MA; sympathizer for child molesters

Former Gov. William Weld was duped into appointing Robert Scandurra as a Judge on the Barnstable Probate Court in 1994. Scandurra was appointed because he was the most qualified person available.

Scandurra received the appointment because he had proved to be a reliable lackey and apple-polisher for the local political hacks and around Boston and Plymouth.

In early 2012, two complaints of judicial misconduct were filed against Judge Scandurra, both of which related to a sexual-abuse case that was reported by the Cape Code Times.

Bobby the Sympathizer presided over a custody case wherein the mother alleged her son was being sexually abused by his father. For three years, Bobby allowed the fat her supervised and unsupervised visit s despite multiple findings of abuse from state agencies.

When the father’s semen was found on the child’s pajamas, Bobby the Sympathizer had no choice by to revoke the visits he so cheerfully authorized for the previous three years.

If everything in this world were just and fair, Bobby would be sent off to the Old Colony Correctional Center in Bridgewater for three years; assigned to Cell No. 366 so that he could receive some loving abuse from his cellmate Clarice (real name is Clarence).

Given the abysmal record of the Commission on Judicial Conduct, the complainants shouldn’t expect that Bobby the Sympathizer will ever be punished for his outrageous conduct. In truth, the Commission is in the business of protecting Judicial Misfits to the detriment of the public that pays their undeserving wages.

As we speak (ca. April 2012) Bobby the Sympathizer remains sitting on the Probate Court in Barnstable, Massachusetts.
