Attorney Seth Robbins of Arlington, VA; ethical gremlin

The state of Maryland presented Seth Robbins with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Seth guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to adequately communicate with his clients
  • Failed recognize that his representation of one client would be directly contrary to and would materially limit his responsibilities to another client
  • While representing a government contractor and construction company Seth invited a friend and client to serve as an indemnitor for surety bonds on
  • future construction projects, resulting in a conflict of interest

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Seth by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license

As we speak (ca. March 2020), Seth practices with The Robins Law Group PLLC at 1100 North Glebe Road in Arlington, Virginia.
