Attorney Lucretia Pecantte of New Iberia, LA; tax cheat

The state of Louisiana presented Lucretia Patrice Pecantte with a law license in 1995 after she graduated from Southern University School of Law.

FYI: Southern University is ranked as the 174th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Lucretia guilty of the following misconduct.

• Pled guilty to failure to file tax returns
• Acknowledge tax evasion
• Admitted to filing false tax returns

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Connie by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of her law license.  

As one would suspect, Connie fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on her self-serving website at www.trieulawfirm.com. Apparently, Carol decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that she would not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. April 2020) Connie practices with Trieu Law at 1800 Carol Sue Avenue in Gretna, Louisiana.
