Attorney Michael Russell of Winterset, IA; repeat drunken convict

The state of Iowa presented Michael S. Russell with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from Drake University School of Law.

The Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board found Mikey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Pled guilty to driving under the influence (DWI), second offense

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2021), Mikey practices at 224 West Filmore Street in Winterset, Iowa.
