Attorney Robert Goldberger of Mansfield, OH; slacker, loser

The state of Ohio presented Robert Goldberger with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from Northwestern University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to explain matter to extent necessary to permit client to make informed decisions regarding the representation
• Prior to commencement of the representation, failed to communicate the nature and scope of the representation and the basis or rate of the fee and expenses for which the client would be responsible

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
