Magistrate Judge Karen Falter of Cincinnati; lying loser

The state of Ohio presented Karen Kopich Falter with a law license in 1996 after she graduated from the University of Michigan School of Law.

The Lorain County Bar Association found Randy guilty of the following misconduct.

The Board of Professional Conduct has charged Judge Falter with engaging in the following misconduct.

• In campaign ad for judge, stated her opponent moved to Hamilton County 3 years earlier to take a judicial appointment from Gov. John Kasich
• Made campaign ad about her opponent that was knowingly or with reckless disregard for the truth
• Knowingly broadcast or transmitted information concerning a judicial candidate that she knew to be false or with a reckless disregard of whether or not it was false

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Karen by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. (March 2020), Karen continues to sit as a Hamilton County Domestic Relations Magistrate Judge in Cincinnati, Ohio.
