Attorney Robert Toland II of Philadelphia, PA; serial drunk convict

The state of Pennsylvania presented Robert Toland II with a law license in 1989 after she graduated from Villanova University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Pled guilty to driving under the influence in 1982
  • Pled guilty to driving under the influence in 1991
  • 2002 arrested and charged with DUI and pled guilty sentenced to 2 days in prison and 1 year of probation
  • 2006 arrested and charged with DUI and subsequently convicted and sentenced to 12 to 24 months in prison and fined $2,500
  • 2011 while on probation for prior DUI was arrested for DUI and sent back to prison and sentenced this time to 14 to 36 months in prison

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As one would suspect, Bobby and his firm fail to mention the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.ohaganmeyer.com. Apparently, they decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that he would not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. March 2020), Bobby practices with O’Hagan Meyer LLP at 100 North 18th Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with the requirement that he show up at the office sober.
