Attorney William Sparks of Canton, OH; lying fraudster

The state of Ohio presented William Richard Sparks with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from the University of Notre Dame School of Law.

The Stark County Bar Association found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Repeatedly committed illegal act of withdrawing funds from his IOTA escrow account for his own personal use
  • Was dishonest with his client in using client’s escrowed funds fraudulently
  • Knowingly lied to ethics investigators(Screw you, said Billy!)
  • Improperly used client escrow funds in the amount of $82,646.33
  • Wrote check on insufficient funds account for $229,365.19 via Huntington Bank

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Billy by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. (March 2020), Billy practices at 3930 Fulton Drive NW in Canton, Ohio.
