Attorney Bobbie Marsh of Canton, OH; lying scammer

The state of Ohio presented Bobbie Lynn Marsh with a law license in 1989 after she graduated from Case Western University School of Law.

The Stark County Bar Association found Bobbie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly used a falsely witnessed and illegal notarized power of attorney
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Requested that non-attorney staff engage in illegal conduct

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Bobbie by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.

As one would suspect, Bobbie fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on her self-serving website at www.marshmittaslaw.com. Apparently, Bobbie decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that he would not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. (March 2020), Bobbie practices with the Marsh & Mittas Law Office at 4664 Hills & Dales Road NW in Canton, Ohio.
