Judge Randy Gray of New Braunfels, TX; moronic scofflaw

The state of Texas provided Navarro Campbell Cox II with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from St. Mary’s University College of Law.

FYI: St. Mary’s is ranked as the 167th best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

The Judicial Commission found Randy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to comply with the law (scofflaw)
  • Failed to maintain competence in the law (moron)
  • Failed to perform his judicial duties without bias or prejudice
  • Engaged in willful or persistent conduct inconsistent with the proper performance of his judicial duties
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Randy!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Jackie by gifting him with a complimentary public warning.

As we speak (ca. March 2020), Randy continues to sit as a County Court at Law No. 1 Judge in New Braunfels, Comal County, Texas.
