Attorney William Cheadle of Houston; thieving loser

The state of Texas presented William Kauper Cheadle with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from South Texas University School of Law.

FYI: South Texas is ranked as the 165th best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

The Local District Grievance Committee found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Frequently failed to carry out obligations owed to his client
  • Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
  • Failed to comply with client information requests
  • Failed to explain legal matters to the extent necessary to allow client to make informed decisions regarding the representation
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Failed to refund unearned fees upon termination (thief)
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 30-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Billy.

As we speak (ca. April 2020), Billy practices at 440 Louisiana Street in Houston, Texas.
