Attorney Gabriel Gutierrez Jr. of Austin, TX; ethical gremlin

The state of Texas provided Gabriel Gutierrez Jr. with a law license in 1967 after he graduated from the University of Texas School of Law.

The District 9 Grievance Committee found Gabe guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Represented a client in a matter adverse to a former client in the same or a substantially related matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Gabe by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2020) Gabe practices at 2101 South Interstate 35 in Austin, Texas.
