Attorney David Gates of Belfair, WA; ethical elf

The state of Washington presented David B. Gates with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Seattle University School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Dallas guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand

As one would suspect, Davey fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.davidgateslaw.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.
