Attorney Frederick Oberlander of New York City; extortionist

The state of New York presented Frederick M. Oberlander with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Quinnipiac University School of Law.

FYI: Quinnipiac University School of Law is ranked as the 169th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

A Local Grievance Committee found Freddy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

In one matter, Freddy attempted to extort a settlement using improperly obtained materials in a suit against former Donald Trump business associate Felix Sater.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers punished Freddy by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2020), Freddy practices with The Law Office of Frederick M. Oberlander PC at 43 West 43rd Street in New York, New York.
