Solicitor Michael O’Sullivan of Galway, Ireland; greedy loser

The Law Society of Ireland presented Michael O’Sullivan with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from Queen’s University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Tribunal found Mikey guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Mikey retained 44,000 Euros ($44,779 US) from 100,000 Euro ($108,430 US) from court settlement without agreement of the former client even though those costs would also be recovered from the defendants in the case

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Tribunal punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. February 2020), Mikey practices with J.O.S. Solicitors on Headford Road in Galway, Ireland.
