Barrister Brett Ravelich of New Zealand; bully

The New Zealand Law Society presented Brett Dean Ravelich with a Barrister’s license in 2002 after he graduated from Cambridge University School of Law.  

The New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal found Brett guilt of the following conduct.

It should be noted that Johnny has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the past twenty-five (25) years. Apparently, no self-respecting law firm in the greater Cape Town area was about to offer Johnny a good paying job.

• Sent menacing Christmas cards to a former girlfriend
• Engaged in untoward conduct towards an elderly man with whom he used to own a bar on the same road

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Brett by the enablers for Judicial Misconduct sitting on the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal.
