Attorney George Bell of Huntersville, NC; ethical gnome

The state of North Carolina presented George C. Bell with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law. George also received a license to practice law in Tennessee in 2004.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found George guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, George obtained an order changing his client’s probation from supervised to unsupervised by misrepresenting the client’s probation status to the court.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished George by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2020), George practices with the Bell & Bell Law Firm at 200 South Old Statesville in Huntersville, North Carolina.
