Attorney David Harvey of Houston; ethical dwarf

The state of Texas presented David Nathaniel Harvey with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from the University of Houston School of Law.

The District 4 Grievance Committee found Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to keep client informed of status of his case

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Davey fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.harvey-lawfirm.com. Apparently, He chose to conceal this relevant information for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool. 

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Davey practices with the Harvey Law Firm at 6121 Cypress Creek Parkway in Houston, Texas.
